Highly recommended
We had a fantastic stay at this Brighton apartment — super clean, modern, but still with a really homely feel. The space and layout worked perfectly for us (6 people) and the complimentary touches were such a lovely bonus and really made a difference. Paul and Sylet were incredibly prompt and helpful with any queries, which made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s great value per person, in an amazing location — a real gem tucked away in the Lanes. We’d definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Perfect stay
Everything is perfect! We stayed for the conference but ended up getting around a lot because the apartment location is just super central. Had such good night sleep which is so important for the conference trip.

Perfect weekend in sunny Brighton
Fabulous location hosts were very easy to contact and a lift helped my elderly father a great deal, beds were super comfortable and the property had everything needed for a home from home stay

Stellar Brighton stay! The location is unbeatable—minutes from the pier and Lanes. The apartment was impressively tidy, modern, and spotless. A perfect, stress-free base for.
This is a great flat in a prime location. You walk out of the door into Brighton's South Lanes and are only a step away from the North Lanes. If you like restaurants, culture and atmosphere your will love this. And its a lovely flat

Myself and group of friends stayed here over a weekend. We were extremely pleased with the accommodation, the space was very spacious, extremely well equipped and superbly tidy. Paul and Sylet were amazing right from the very start , their communication was excellent. Location is very central to the lanes. Overall a perfect place to stay in Brighton. Thank you for accommodating us.

Great location, right in the heart of Brighton, apartment was lovely spacious and very cleanly.
It had all the amenities you need.
I would highly recommended this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view that made it even more enjoyable. The location was great, convenient and easy to get around from. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout, which made everything stress-free. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Brighton. We were very satisfied from start to finish. The property was extremely well organised, met all our expectations, and corresponded exactly to what was shown in the photos.
The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable — truly brilliant. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for our stay.
Communication with the hosts was open and easy throughout. They were very helpful, even guiding us with parking arrangements, and they responded promptly and kindly to all our questions and needs.
We genuinely felt well supported during our stay. We are very happy with the experience and would definitely return for future visits. Highly recommended.

Paul and Sylet’s place in the Lanes was perfect for my sister and I, we travelled for a birthday getaway for the weekend. The place was spotless and central to the eclectic shopping scene we both love. The hosts were very responsive if we had any issues, and were accommodating to anything we requested. We are frequent visitors of Brighton and will certainly book again! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
